Vancouver Island Organic Family Farm

Valhalla Farm

Valhalla Farm in the Cowichan Valley. A family business 24+ years in the making. Located on an established 12 acre farm, nestled in between forests, mountains and bordering the Cowichan River & Inwood Creek.

We are proud to say that our farm is a fully certified organic farm (IOPA member #1983), and for as long as our family has been on this land growing food, we have used only organic methods & practice. Happy soil = happy plants, & happy plants = happy farmer (& consumer!).

Our lead farmer Miche is a certified “Organic Master Gardener-OMG” through Gaia College, who is currently in the process of finishing up her Horticulture Training at Royal Roads University, through Camosun College.

Our head Caterer / Chef Extraordinaire Patrick is out there in the culinary world honing in on new techniques to perfect his practice.

At the farm, we grow vegetables, berries, and herbs, and with that, we make delicious traditional (as well as) unique jellies, mustards, vinegars, and calendula infused skin salve varieties. We have pet chickens, ducks & Llamas who provide excellent fertilizer for the land!

Please note:

At this time, due to Covid, we have temporarily paused our catering & fresh produce sales.

We still sell our preserves, such as a variety of jellies (by the case only x 12 -email for pricing), vinegars, mustards and calendula skin salves (all at a minimum of 6 per order, please email for pricing & options).

Delivery to Victoria & the Cowichan Valley is available for case orders only.

We currently do not sell online, or in any store fronts or farm stands.

Thank you for supporting local organic farmers, artisan family owned business’ and up and coming island entrepreneurs.

Let’s stay safe & get through this pandemic so we can all get back to the business of a nice old-fashioned-regular-life!

Warmly,

Farmer Miche & Chef Patrick
